ONLINE TRAINING: 1 45-Min Pilates + HIIT

For 30 minutes, we’ll focus on your posture, alignment, and core muscles in Pilates Mat. Then, we’ll complement this deep conditioning and stretching with 15 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training. I’ll provide an apartment (or house-friendly) high intensity interval workout to stimulate your heart rate and metabolism. HIIT is most beneficial in short segments, like 15 minutes, and is proven to lower body fat, heart rate, and blood pressure.
