Bring professional instruction to the convenience of your own home
Danielle provides on-site training throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Unless there is an equipped gym on the premise, such sessions are mat-based. Mat workouts are equally difficult and versatile workouts! Without the supplemental support guided by traditional apparatus, clients are taught to their improve muscle control and coordination. Danielle supplies props for appropriate modifications and added challenge (ie: weights, stretch bands, foam rollers, discs and stability balls). Clients must provide their own Pilates mat and an appetite to move!
STEP ONE FREE 45 - minute consultation! Receive a professional postura analysis in conjunction with a prospective personalized Pilates program. Have a conversation with Danielle about your fitness needs and goals, and devise a potential plan of attack!
STEP TWO Choose your adventure! How will you pursue your Pilates program? Already have a workout companion? Two? Or, do you prefer to workout one-on-one?
STEP THREE Live it! Integrate your personalized workout plan into your everyday routine and see the difference.
STEP FOUR Chart the change! After 5 sessions, Danielle will meet with you to discuss your progress and further map your potential and challenge.
