Danielle Russo Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. This policy is included in the intake and agreement forms provided to all clientele upon the start of our journey together. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to charge.
There is a 1-year expiration on all purchases.
Purchases are non-refundable.
Payments for sessions must be made within 24 hours of the completed booking.
Danielle continues to mask for all in-person sessions to eliminate potential exposure and cross-contamination of COVID-19. If the general level of contagion reaches high-risk again, and if recommended by the CDC, clientele will also be asked to mask for in-person training.
